Cabin Check-in Time
At our accommodation, we offer a convenient check-in time of 2pm. We guarantee a clean and comfortable stay in one of our spacious rooms. Our friendly staff are here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Bringing a Pet?
The Park has designated Pet Friendly accommodation, however our villas and pods do not allow pets to stay.

All pet owners must complete a Pet Friendly Policy.
Park Bookings
We recommend that all guests read the Park’s cancellation / amendment policies and those agreed to via their booking platform.

Site Allocations
To provide the best experience for our van/tent guests, we allocate reservations based on van size and occupancy dates across our two areas of all weather sites. Return or forward reservations do not guarantee preferred van/camping sites.
Local Tours & Eateries
Please ask at Reception for a copy of our current Beechworth Eateries.
We recommend guests book in advance for any local tours or seated meals during peak/busy periods.
Site Check-in Time
Camping is a great way to experience the outdoors. Our check-in time is 12noon, and our campsites are always kept clean and tidy. For a hassle-free holiday, you can enjoy the beauty of nature in a safe and comfortable environment.
Dog Wash
Our pet friendly Park also offers an easy to use K9000 coin operated dog wash, located near the amenities block.
Occupancy Limits
Each site/accommodation is allocated 1 vehicle space.

Additional vehicles must park in the Visitor parking area located near Reception.
Smoking
All of our accommodations are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our communal areas including the BBQ’s, camp kitchen, swimming pool, laundry and amenities block.
Walking & Bike Trails
The Park has direct access to many walking and bike trails including the Go Epic Mountain Bike Trail.
Plus we are only a 20-30 minute walk to the centre of historic Beechworth.
Check-out Time
Please ensure you have check-out by10am, however, if you need a late check-out our friendly reception team may be able to help. If you require a late check-out, please contact reception in advance.
Generators & Noise
The Park does permit the use of generators at any time.
Please be considerate of fellow guests and restrict the amount of noise during your stay. All noise is to cease between 10pm and 7am.
Park Safety
All guests must wear a bike helmet when riding bikes, scooters, escooters, roller blades/skates whilst within the Park. Children MUST BE supervised by an adult when attending the Pool or in the amenities block.
Visitors
If you have additional friends or family members wanting to stay at the Park, they will need to book their own site/accommodation.
Any day visitors to the park must present at reception to announce their arrival and park their vehicle in the visitor parking bay.
Arriving Late?
We understand that sometimes you can't make it to check-in before our Office closes, so we offer a late check-in service. If you're arriving after hours, simply contact our reception to make arrangements .
Linen Packs
Only our main beds are made up and provided towels. Extra guests can choose to bring their own bedding or contact reception to enquire about linen pack hire. Please note that a surcharge applies for linen packs.
TV & Wifi
TV: The Park has TV cables available to boost television reception for site use.
Wifi: Contact our reception staff regarding access to our free WiFi, however the Park is not responsible for poor coverage/reception. We recommend that you contact your telco provider for further information.
Dump Point
Yes, we have a dump point conveniently located within the park.
